By accessing or using RentAm, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our application.

1. User Accounts

You may register using your email or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. RentAm reserves the right to suspend or ban accounts that engage in fraudulent behavior or violate community standards.

2. Property Listings and Content

Users uploading properties to RentAm guarantee that:

• All video tours, images, and descriptions are accurate and represent the actual property.
• They possess the legal right to advertise and rent the listed property.
• No listing will contain deceptive pricing or discriminatory language.

We reserve the right to remove any listing without prior notice if it is found to be misleading or fraudulent.

3. Virtual Economy (Coins and Passes)

RentAm utilizes a virtual currency ("Coins") and subscription tiers ("RentAm Pass"):

• No Monetary Value: Virtual items are for use exclusively within the RentAm application. They cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for real-world fiat currency.
• Purchases are Final: All acquisitions of virtual items are non-refundable.
• Service Modifications: We reserve the right to alter the cost of boosting listings or the benefits of the RentAm Pass at any time.

4. Limitation of Liability

RentAm is a digital platform connecting property owners with potential tenants. We do not own, manage, or inspect the properties listed. RentAm is not a party to any rental lease or agreement. Users assume all risks associated with renting properties. We strongly advise users to verify properties in person before making any financial transactions.
